We offer a whole range of lessons to suit – whether you need a taster session to get you going, or an in-depth look at a particular technique in a private lesson. We can also offer longer term blocks of classes for those who want a more comprehensive helping hand with technique, to advance from beginner to intermediate and ever upwards.

If you haven’t climbed before, booking on to a taster class is a really good way to get an introduction to the world of bouldering. The one-hour session will be led by a friendly instructor, who will give you some hints and tips on basic technique, point you in the direction of which wall is which and help you understand the colour grading systems.
The best part? Meeting other newer climbers whilst having plenty of laughs.
At just £23 for entry, shoe hire and the instruction this is a brilliant way to get started – and after that, you will hopefully be a climbing convert for life.
This ninety minute lesson is just £12.50 plus entry and runs on a Saturday at 3pm. It’s perfect for those who have climbed before but need a more grounded view of technique or want to work on a particular weakness in a group environment.
Book lessonOur weekly development class is aimed at those who want to brush up on the basics, and get a solid grounding in climbing technique. An hour and a half with one of our senior coaches will soon get your climbing on the right track and see you start to motor through the grades. 'You can opt to pay for either the weekly ADC Classes by themselves, or the weekly ADC classes plus our monthly membership for unlimited climbing as a bolt-on to the class. Please note that it is Direct Debit only for the ADC.

A fun hour led by a local instructor of getting to know the centre, tips and tricks to get you going along with a brilliant opportunity to make friends and meet people to climb with. Laughs guaranteed, the social kicks off at 20:00 and is just £14.70 for entry and shoe hire.
No previous experience is required, all abilities welcome.

Well, why don't you consider booking onto a private session with one of our qualified coaches?
For a lot of climbers, receiving one to one coaching can have all the difference towards making efficient progress and a better understanding of how to do so. These sessions are tailored specifically to you and your climbing, without any distractions.
Our private sessions are £42 for an hour with a coach, including any shoe hire and entry as well.
If you want some bespoke coaching for a bigger group, you can add up to three additional participants at £25 for each person added (4 participants maximum).

We're hosting a women's social evening! An all female 2 hour session after close, were we can climb, support and relax together!
It's totally free for members with shoes included and for non members just standard entry at £14.70, shoes and all.
